Dear Arian,

There are words not written to end on a page, but to keep breath alive, there are values not proclaimed, but felt as a quiet presence in every act, every service, every person who stands upright even when the world tilts.

This letter is such a thank you, not to close a chapter, but to embrace with gratitude the magnitude of a journey that has generated a living spirit.

In the history of peoples, many have spoken about change, few have known how to embody it without noise, patiently, calmly, with character.

You took this road without guarantees, without wealth, without sponsors, guided by a compass that never deviated: conscience.

You turned a single phone into a microphone of hope, a single page into a bedrock of trust, a single voice into a moral community. Thus LRE was born, not as a project of ambition, but as the human being’s service to truth.

At a time when words were overused, you restored their meaning, in a society that called morality naïve, you made it a light that shines, in a system that feeds cynicism, you raised a culture of besa, of virtue, and of love for the country.

You teach Albania not to search for saviors, but for examples.

And your example is the very definition of moral leadership we study in the world’s best universities, leadership that does not impose, that grows others while growing itself, that turns power into responsibility and speech into proof.

In the books of leadership science, Burns writes of transformational leadership, Greenleaf of servant leadership, Heifetz of adaptive leadership.

In your work, these concepts take Albanian form, a Quiet Light leadership.

You did not chase swelling crowds, but raised consciences.

You did not seek followers, but fellow travelers.

You did not erect towers of power, but foundations of morality.

Under your leadership, LRE became Albania’s first school of political character, a movement that does not live by noise but by substance, that does not trade in promises but offers examples, that does not speak about people, but with people.

You turned politics into the language of conscience.

And this is an achievement no rotation can dim, for an ideal born of character does not go out, it ripens.

Today, as I take on the leadership of this Movement, I want to make clear a truth that needs no rhetoric, your road will not be interrupted, it will continue, not as imitation, but as the evolution of the pledge you established.

Under your guidance, LRE became the party of NeoAlbanianism, the philosophy that unites thought with spirit, tradition with modernity, reason with feeling, Albania with the West, a vision that does not seek to invent the nation anew, but to illuminate it from within.

We will keep to this road in the same spirit, with Stewardefiance before every injustice, with Public Parenting in every decision, with humane conservatism that sees the market as a means and the human person as the end; with moral opposition, not to denounce names but to correct behaviors, with a pro-American and pro-Western stance, because civilization is not a geopolitical luxury, it is a moral obligation.

We will continue to build the Movement as the party of the Humane Right, which believes a nation’s strength lies not in numbers but in good people who serve the truth.

On your road, Arian, every mud-slinging became clay of character, every dismissal a proof of patience, every blow a step of growth.

You taught Albania that steadfastness is the highest form of victory.

All of us who come after have a duty to guard this compass.

We will not see LRE as a structure, but as the daily care of hope.

We will not use the ideal as a flag, but as a way of life.

On this fifth anniversary, with all the respect due to me as Chair, I want to say with a quiet voice and a deep conviction:

Without Arian Galdini, LRE would not be a movement; it would be only words.

Because words can be made by many, only those who believe can kindle the light.

In every society, there are those who see time as a season, and a few who see it as a mission.

You belong to the latter.

You did not settle for being in time, you became the meaning of time for many of us.

In my name and in the name of the entire Movement, I wish to express the deepest gratitude, for the spirit you kindled, for the pledge you built, for the standard you raised, for the character you never sold, even when silence seemed easier than standing firm.

LRE will walk this road, with the clear mind of the doctrine you formed and with the deep sense of responsibility you released.

We will carry your vision further, making Rinisja (Renewal) not only a political movement, but a national doctrine of character and virtue.

In the name of the rising generation of the Movement, in the name of every person who found themselves in this covenant, I say with equal humility and pride:

Thank you, Arian Galdini.

Thank you for the light you lit, for the road you opened, and for the Albania you loved.

Your journey has not ended, it simply continues with us, in every step, in every ideal, in every new light that will come.
