Resignation Statement as Chairman of LRE

Dear fellow companions of the Movement Rinisja, dear citizens of Albania,

Five years ago, on October 24, 2020, we lit a flame that still shines.

The Movement Rinisja was born as a covenant of values, as a vow to raise an authentic Albanian Right, rooted in virtue, in dignity, and in faith in God.

Since that day, I have served with all my spirit as Chairman of LRE, but above all as a servant of this mission.

Today, on this September 19, 2025, with full conscience and unwavering faith in the strength of LRE, I publicly announce my resignation as Chairman of the Movement Rinisja.

This act is deeply deliberate. It is not a retreat from the mission, nor a surrender before the storms.

It is testimony that the Movement is greater than any individual, and that inner democracy is the foundation of every true political organization.

In the legal and organizational sense, this resignation takes effect today as a solemn act of the Chairman.

Yet until October 25, 2025, the day we will celebrate the fifth anniversary of LRE, I shall continue to exercise formally and legally the duty of Chairman of LRE, until the organs of the Movement convene and elect the new Chairman.

This is my last institutional right and responsibility as Chairman, and at the same time it is the trust I hand over to all members of LRE to prove that power is not to be held as property, but to be served as duty.

This act bears witness that politics without virtue is nothing but ambition.

We, with LRE, have chosen the path of virtue. The true leader is not bound to the chair; he is bound to the mission.

He knows how to come when called, how to depart when the time arrives, and how to remain always a servant of truth.

This is the lesson I wish to leave as testament for the generations to come: inner democracy is the highest proof of political character.

In the missionary sense, I remain inseparably one with LRE.

The founder does not depart from the foundation. The missionary does not part from the mission.

I remain a servant of the humane Right, a witness of Neoshqiptarism, a traveler of LRE’s covenant for an Albania reborn in dignity and liberty.

On October 25, 2025, LRE will elect its new Chairman.

That day, we shall bear witness before Albania and before ourselves that we are a movement that walks with maturity, with dignity, and with faith in God.

We shall bear witness that LRE is a living body, a spirit that does not depend on one person, but on the shared covenant.

I, Arian Galdini, step down from the office and role of Chairman, yet remain as founder, as missionary, as a voice that endures within this movement for all time.

And I want this act to remain as an example in the schools of political leadership: that power is a trust, that resignation is not surrender, that leadership is service and covenant, that virtue is greater than any title.

Let this moment enter our history as LRE, not for my words, but for the example we leave.

And the example is this: a leader departs, the mission remains, the Movement continues.
